Archival Cards Copyright Notice:

All images displayed at www.archivalcards.com are covered under copyright laws and are
the sole property of Archival Cards© or the originating artist. The displayed images may
not be copied and / or reproduced in anyway without the written permission and consent
from Archival Cards.

Archival Cards Return Policy:

All sales of our cards are considered final. However, in the event the cards arrive damaged or are found otherwise unsatisfactory, we will exchange or return cards for credit as quickly as possible. Please see the terms below to exchange or to have your account credited.

Archival Terms:

•  If the product is lost in the shipping or received damaged, a damage report must be
reported to Archival Cards within 7-8 days of not receiving the product or receiving the
product damaged at contact@archivalcards.com.

 •  Upon receiving a damage report, we will issue a Return Material Authorization number
(RMA#) for return or exchange of product.

•  Customer must ship card(s) in the original mailer, with the cards in the original sealed
plastic envelope and in their original condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of
the buyer. We suggest using a carrier with a tracking system for your protection.  

•  Your return package must be received within 10-12 days of our issued RMA# with your
RMA# clearly written on the front of the package.

Credit To Your Account:

Credit will be issued to your PayPal account or credit card account within 2-3 days after we
receive your return. All refunds will be issued to the account number that originally appeared
on your invoice. Please note that after we issue a credit to your account your credit card
company may take 10-12 days to credit your account.

Exchanges:

If you are requesting a product exchange, as soon as we receive your package we will send
you the replacement product(s) the following business day. We pay for the shipping.
